          Simply return the item to us at the address given on our contact page with your reason for return, within the designated money back guarantee period, and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.           Yes. We encourage our clients to use their credit/debit card on our site, and want you to feel secure in doing so. Our shopping cart is provided by Roman Cart  one of the worlds foremost shopping cart business solution companies. You can view your current shopping basket contents by clicking the link at the top of each menu page.Once inside the basket you can click on the link to view the relevant SSL security details and certificates, and you can do this at any point throughout the checkout process. Once you proceed to checkout you will see the green bar, padlock symbol, or both in your navigation bar (depending on your internet browser), allowing you to make your purchase with complete confidence, knowing you are protected by Verysign encrypted and certificated SSL encryption technology, and however you choose to pay, via paypal or credit debit card you have the added security of knowing that we never have, or see your card details, as this is handled via the secure payment processor.

         When purchasing a digital product (i.e.: an instantly downloadable product), our payments are handled through Clickbank  the worlds largest online digital product provider. You can still choose to pay with paypal or with your credit/debit card, and once on the payment and order pages you can again view the relevant SSl security certificates.

           Digital products are available immediately after checkout and payment, when you will be automatically redirected to the download page once your payment has been verified. We have several customers that have purchased more than one digital product at a time, who then find themselves with several new browser windows opening for the download pages. We therefore decided that it was in our clients best interests to only be able to purchase one downloadable product at a time, to prevent any technical problems with the downloads (some of the files are extremely large), and for our own site security. We are constantly improving our site and service, and this matter will be rectified to enable the purchase of multiple downloads once our shopping cart software has been updated.

          Of course. When you make a purchase you will see a link saying 'don't have a paypal account, click here to pay with your credit/debit card',when using the shopping cart and going to paypal's payment page. For digital products you will see a link saying pay with paypal on Clickbank's checkout page, as card payment is the default option.

          At the bottom left of each page you will see the google translate box. This is for those clients whose first language is not english. Simply highlight and copy the URL that you wish to translate, click on the google translate box, and paste the URL as per the instructions after choosing your required language, click on translate, and you will be able to view our site in your chosen language. By doing this on our homepage before you start browsing you can view the entire site in your chosen language.

          Unfortunately we are unable to accept and process any non UK cheque's, as our current bank accounts do not support this facility .However clients outside the UK may still purchase with paypal or their credit/debit card, and as our company grows we will look to add this facility in the future.

          Rest assured WE DO NOT TOLERATE SPAM and you will never recieve spam e-mail from us. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may from time to time send you details of products that we feel may be of interest to you, and you can unsubscribe at any time should you choose. We will never pass your details on to any third party,unless required to do so by a recognized law enforcement agency,for the purpose of criminal or civil investigation, and will never sell, or rent your details to any other company.

           There are a number of reasons for this but the first and most obvious is that we need to be able to send you your purchased product. Secondly, when paying with your credit/debit card, the card must be registered to the name and address given for the order to proceed, as this helps prevent fraud. These details are only used for delivery purposes, and are not stored or recorded following the dispatch of your goods.
