If returning an order:
1. Send the product back in its original packaging, in good condition, to:

2. You must include a copy of the original receipt with your return.
3. All returns must be post-marked within 30/60 or 90 (dependant on product) days of the original order date.
4. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used in the original purchase. i.e. If you paid on your card, a refund will be made to your card, if you paid with paypal a refund will be made to your paypal account, and so on.
5. Refunds where the purchase was made through Paypal may incur a fee. This is not money paid to us, but collected by Paypal when the refund transaction is made, and as such refunds to this method may be slightly below the original purchase price, to reflect the relevant Paypal fee.
6. Damaged goods will not be refunded, unless the damage was the reason for the return. If returning a product due to transit damage, you must state this when requesting a refund, and before returning the product to us. This avoids instances of those people whom choose to say something is damaged when it isn't.(Yes it does happen)
7. When recieving a purchase refund, we do not refund postage costs under any circumstances, and items are returned at purchasers expense. We recommend useing recorded signed for mail, as proof of postage does not constitute reciept by us.
8. Returned cheques will incur a fee of £15, exactly as charged to us by our bank.
